About Us - English Version

Junior Achievement of Québec is a member of JA Canada and JA Worldwide, the largest youth business education organization in the world.

This non-profit organization, established in Québec since 1962, is present in the 9 regions of the province. Our programs are offered to students from grade 6 to CEGEP. Each year, our organization supports 90 student entreprises, 200 classes and reaches 7000 students.

Junior Achievement of Québec provides youth with the chance to develop their skills, learn about the business world and possibly acquire a career interest.

Participation in the activities of Junior Achievement of Québec is recognized by the Ministry of Education, proof of the organization's reputation for excellence.

An independant study conducted by the Boston Consulting Group in 2011 confirmes that Junior Achievement Québec has an important impact on the canadian economy and brings success to more young adults than ever. Study details.

With the work of nearly 400 committed volunteer mentors, Junior Achievement of Québec plays a significant role in developing Quebec's future leaders. We provide hands-on learning on how to start businesses that create jobs and we promote early entrepreneurial values that strengthen workplaces. Our programs are developed in alignment with four pillars: entrepreneurship, financial literacy, work readiness, and personal achievement by staying in school.
